The OBU supports Boys’ High by sponsoring several projects − not only through funding, but also by offering personal time and resources.

Brug Street medical facilities
A medical facility was erected on the northern side of the Boishaai sport grounds. The facility is manned by medical professionals and provides much more than standard first aid treatment.
om the building itself the OBU also provided the equipment needed to provide an efficient service to injured players.
The OBU also provided a purpose built golf cart that helps to transport seriously injured players from the field –a truly unique tool to assist injured sportsmen.
Feedback from parents and visiting schools is always complimentary.

Ingang tot Brugstraat sportgronde
Die OSU het saam met die matrieks van 2008 ‘n projek van stapel gestuur om die ingang tot die Brugstraat sportgronde te vervang.
Die ingang is nie net funksioneel nie, maar dra ook by tot die estetiese waarde van die sportgronde.

Father and son function
In 2006 the OBU initiated a father and son function. Each year in October all the matrics visit the Paarl Boys’ Primary School joined by their fathers or guardians and an OBU tie is handed over to every matric boy.
Die OSU gebruik hierdie geleentheid om die OSU te bemark en dit is verder ‘n gepaste manier om die seuns te groet voor hulle skool verlaat.
It has become customary for the 20 year reunion group of the year to sponsor this special day.
